We always recommend booking a table, but will take walk-ins where possible. This is more difficult on Fridays and Saturdays.
If there is no availability online, then it is very unlikely that we will have space if the online diary is not showing availability.
We only take walk-ins for drinks.

We do not currently operate a waiting list, and we don’t usually take bookings within the hour. You are welcome to pop in to see if we can take a walk-in. We will always try our best to accommodate you.

If you’re running late, we keep tables for 15 mins, so no need to let us know unless you are over 15 mins late. If so, you can phone the restaurant to let them know.
If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so via your booking confirmation email.

Our booking portal doesn’t take bookings for more than 10 people. To discuss large party bookings, head to your desired location page, click ‘groups’. and use the event enquiry form. Alternatively, pop an email to our group sales & events executive ashleyw@thedrg.co.uk or call 0141 248 1434.
We have private dining options suitable for all occasions.

To book a table using your voucher, please follow the instructions provided on your voucher.
If your voucher has expired and is a third-party voucher like 5pm or Itison, you won’t be able to use it. We may be able to extend a monetary voucher depending on the circumstances.

Deposits are non-refundable.

We are open everyday, including bank holidays, except from Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

We do not allow dogs in our restaurant.
Dogs are allowed on our outdoor terraces.

Smart/casual. No football colours.

Most dietary requirements can be accommodated, GF, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan can be discussed in the venue. Any multiple/severe allergies or intolerances can be addressed with a member of the team in advance.

We allow children in our restaurants and offer a children’s menu.

We don’t have anything specific for birthdays, but you are welcome to bring a balloon/cake. Please do not bring table confetti or sparklers – they set off the fire alarms.
